    I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of
    single-family residences, income property and investment properties
    within the cities of Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Laurel Canyon, Benedict Canyon,
    Beverly Hills, Century City, Santa Monica, Brentwood and southern
    california coastal region. We are extremely knowledgeable with the local schools
    which is so incredibly important for families, and the fuiture of our children.

Personal
I'm a California native having been born and raised in the Southern
California area. I graduated from San Diego State University with a
degree in nursing. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with
the family, traveling, participating in charity events such as walk for
breast cancer and cerebral palsy. I also devote my time to volunteering
with various youth programs and organizations.

I spent part of my career as a registered nurse in the Intensive Care
Unit. I consider myself lucky to have been a part of helping people
through difficult times. Once, I had my daughter, I wanted a career that
wasn't quite so intense and heart-breaking. I became a real estate agent
because I want to help people in a what could be a very stressful time of
their life. As a homeowner, I know how discouraging it is to not have your
needs met. My goal is to work hard to meet your needs!

Mr. Barsness has been involved in business and the practice of law for over

6 years.  He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002, but had been

working in the business world for several years prior to 2002.  He has been

a licensed California real estate broker since 2005.

Mr. Barsness focuses on his law practice helping business and individuals

facing real estate, business, and general legal issues.
